Creation of major 3PL provider.  Strategic planning support for the creation of a 3PL subsidiary for a Fortune 50 transportation provider.  Worked with the start up team to establish the marketing, and operational plans for this major provider that is now doing well over $100 million a year in business.

Systems analysis.   USA's 2nd largest Floral Products Trucking Company.  Performed comprehensive analysis of their existing information systems. Made detailed recommendations (including designing the screens and all the functional specifications) for a new logistics information system to allow them to expand their existing $50 mm base of business into other areas.
