after spending 16 years in management of airline, air cargo and third
party logistics companies.

major difference between TDG and other logistics consulting companies

Company Profile
Jim Powell, founder
of TDG has held executive level positions in the transportation industry
over the last 28 years. He founded TDG in 1992 after spending five years
at Skyway Freight Systems where he was responsible for logistics sales
and operations in the Western Region.
TDG is one of the
oldest schools in the world providing IATA DG training and we also teach
the IATA/FIATA Introductory Cargo Agent Training program for CNS (Cargo
Network Services); this is the only globally recognized training program
for the international air freight forwarding industry.
TDG projects have
included logistics sales training, operational analysis and information
systems development for a variety of major transportation companies
including North American Van Lines, MSAS, Seko Air Freight, Burlington
Air Express, Northrop Grumman Aviation), American International Cargo
any many others.
Jim
Powell has provided logistics consulting support to some of the
largest logistics providers and forwarders in the world. These client's
combined revenues is well over $10 billion dollars a year, and represent
at least three of the top 7 freight forwarders in the world. These are
not "local" projects for large companies, these are corporate level
projects involving the global management of these companies. We can
